We support people 18+ who benefit from daily structure, social connection, and supervised care. Many come while their families work or manage other responsibilities.
What we provide

Each day includes nursing check-ins, medication support, healthy meals, social programs, exercise, and time to rest. Our team creates a personalized care plan based on each person’s needs and goals.

Families can work, rest, or manage appointments knowing their loved one is safe, supervised, and engaged. We also help with case management and community resources.

Our case manager helps with social needs, benefits, services, and community resources.
Personalized Care Plans
Our nurses help with medications and create a personalized care plan based on your health needs
Activities & Games
Join daily activities, exercise groups, crafts, games, community outings, day trips and social programs.
Healthy Meals
We serve breakfast, snacks, and lunch each day. Meals can be adjusted to your dietary needs.
Transportation
We’ll pick you up at home and bring you back safely at the end of the day.
